Which Arm/Height Position for B and W Companion Hitch is Good Starting Point

Question:

Installing my 3305 in my 2019 Ford F-350, what is the safe position for the height. I have a 2019 43 foot toy hauler. my trailer is not available to measure before install.

I attached a picture that has all of the available positions you can use for varying heights with the B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3305. It's best to measure first to determine which height you'd need, but if not then I'd go with the medium height position with the arms fursthest from the cab for a position that will be the most likely to fit the best.
