You do not need to replace your axle. If you have brake flanges on your current axle, then you can simply add the brake assemblies, hub/drum assemblies, and wiring and be good to go. These assemblies will replace your current axles, suspension, and will be a custom length. You will need to use a 2x2 inch square bar (not included) to fit in the integrated assembly holes. We don't have a through-axle available that meets your hub face to hub face or spring seat center requirements. The Dexter # 8327812-EB you referenced will not fit your frame with 89 inch face to face measurement and 74 inch on center spring seats. Your best option is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs - Straight Spindle - 3,500 lbs # A35RS545E which has the integrated suspension and the EZ lube spindles. This is a universal fit system that will require a 2 inch square bar between the assemblies utilizing the integrated holes. That bar is only required if there is not a frame Crossmember at the mounting location.
