Question:

Hello - I do not know which vent cover to purchase to replace the dome on my fantastic vent. my owners info just refers to the vent model as 6000A or 6000BTA. The dome is actually fine, but the slider thing track? broke off - so i think i need an entire new dome. Does that sound right to you - and do you have a replacement dome for me? Thanks so much!

By "slider track" I believe you are referencing the hinge; if you take a look at the accompanying photo you should be able to see what I am talking about.

That should be what your Fan-Tastic vent has and since your model 6000A/6000BTA will measure the standard 14" x 14" there are two replacement domes available, the Replacement Dome for Fan-Tastic Vent RV Roof Vents - Tinted # FVK1020-19 or White # FVK1020-81.
