The factory rails on your A.R.E. topper are made by Yakima. For a complete roof rack system on your truck with the A.R.E. topper you will need the following parts:
4 of the Yakima Control Towers # Y8890027
2 sets (2ea) Yakima Landing Pad 1 # Y00221
1 set (2ea) Yakima Crossbars:
58 inch bars are # Y00409
66 inch bars are # Y00410
78 inch bars are # Y00411
This will work with your Thule Evolution cargo box as well.
