Is there a sewer gate that attaches directly to the end of the spout without any modifications? Possibly twist on where cap goes.

It sounds like you're looking a for a new valve assembly for your black water tank. For a black water waste valve for a standard 3-inch diameter twist-on bayonet/lug fitting you can use Valterra part # T58.
If your RV instead has a straight sewer pipe you can use the slide-on Valterra valve # T50. This item must be glued on using Valterra ABS cement # A05-0303.
