I believe the part that you are looking for is included in the Replacement Joint Assembly Hardware Kit # LC216567. This includes that large black bolt that is on your Lippert Gear # LC301696.

I checked with Lippert and in the Coachstep components list they only show #LC301696 for the single and double steps, see picture. So if you do have a Coachstep branded single or double electric step set then this is the gear plate assembly for you.

The 9025 in the part number indicates that you have Kwikee 25 Series steps. The replacement gear for the 25 Series is #LC369354.
