Side step motor works but the step does not retract can you buy parts for the gearbox or is this a complete new unit the old motor part number is 300 - 1406 Many thanks

The correct replacement for your 300-1406 motor is the Replacement Motor for Lippert Electric Coach Step part # LC301695. If you need other components I would need more info on the steps as this specific motor fits quite a few different steps. If it's a Kwikee 25 Series most likely you just need the part # LC369354 for the gear.
