Lippert 1621 pin box. How to install pullrite 3365 capture plate

The Lippert 1621 pin box # LC1191191 is 12-3/4 inches wide and has a measurement of 3-3/8 inch from the leading edge of the pin box to the front of the king pin. From the leading edge to the back of the pin box the measurement is 8-7/8 inches. This will require the capture plate 3365 you referenced.
The capture plate will have a raised edge that will fit the outside dimensions of your pin box. Then you will simply use Loctite # LT37420 to all 4 set screws on the side of the raised edge and tighten them until flush to the edge of the bar stock--not tight against the side wall of the pin box. They aren't designed to be torqued down to the pin box.
If you have the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621 # LC328492 you will need a different capture plate number 331761 This will slide onto the front of the pin box and has a set screw behind the king pin. Then you will tighten the included jam nut against the tab on the wedge to keep that screw from backing out.
