Will Front Hitch Need to be Removed for Maintenance on 2017 Toyota Tundra

Question:
If I have a TRD aluminum skid plate with the access hole for oil filter change already in it, will this tow hitch need to be removed for routine maintenance?

No you will not have to remove the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch # 31198 from your 2017 Toyota Tundra to do maintenance.
The only thing you need to do is enlarge the access hole to 4" - as shown in the linked installation instructions - to allow for oil filter changing.
