The Plastic Dome Assembly # BVA0502-03 referenced in your question is designed to replace the dome on the Ventline Vanair Roof Vent model VP-543. If this is what is on your Airstream then this replacement dome will work perfectly. There should hopefully be a model/part number printed somewhere on the vent itself that you can look for to verify if this will work. I have attached a short video demonstration on this part that you can also check out.
Unfortunately RV/trailer manufacturers don't usually keep a good record of items like these that are installed at the factory so I cannot be sure what the motorhome is equipped with.
