Great news Tom! There is a pigtail that you can use with the 2020 Honda Pilot to use the Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake controller part # C51170. You will need the Spectrum along with pigtail part # C51392 as confirmed by Curt which will plug into a port under the dash to install the brake controller. The Curt Spectrum is a great choice for the Honda Pilot because of it's dash-mounted control knob that can be installed anywhere in the cab (with reachable access) so it's discreet and looks cleaner compared to the bulky brake controller boxes in the cab.
I have attached the dimensions of the knob and main module so you can start planning where to mount the unit. The brake controller can be installed in the dash or with the provided surface mount. Not only does the Spectrum look nice it also provides a smooth braking experience with it's 3-axis accelerometer which responds to the deceleration of the Pilot to send out the exact amount of power needed to stop the trailer so you won't experience a lot of chucking or pushing.
I have attached a review video and the installation instructions for your reference.
