The wheel and tire combinations do not come balanced from the supplier. The supplier will mount the heavy spot of the tire with the light spot on the wheel, but it is not completely balanced. This wheel and tire combination is designed for use on trailers only.
I walked out to our warehouse and checked our inventory on the Kenda ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire and Wheel, part # AM32153. The tires have a stamping of 3011, which indicates that the tires were manufactured in the 30th week of 2011. This number is found on one side of the tire after the DOT stamp near the bead of the tire.
The choice of wheel finish is up to you and depends what you will be using your trailer for. Personally I like the powder coated finish on wheels, but I probably would only use a trailer occasionally and keep the wheels clean. If you will be using the trailer often and it sits outside the galvanized version, Kenda ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire and Galvanized Wheel, part # AM32156 may be a better option as it will resist rust and weather better. The galvanized version of these wheels also have a time stamp of 3011.
Both part # AM32153 and # AM32156 have tires mounted to a 14 inch wheel that has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. You will want to confirm the bolt pattern on your trailer is 5 on 4-1/2 (see FAQ).
I have linked an FAQ on trailer tires and an FAQ on measuring bolt pattern of trailer wheels.
