Curt 14002 on 2011 f150 If I remove my factory hitch can I use the Curt class IV receiver hitch?

That hitch is rated for up to 10K without weight distribution or up to 12K with weight distribution, which means you are most likely limited by your vehicle's towing and tongue weight capacity when using this hitch.
