Question:
Are the various O-Trackinch products you sell, Erickson EM59132, EM59133 Buyers Products 337LR1, 337ST93, Tow-Rax TWSPDSTD225, TWSP72TA compatible with each other and compatible with industry L-Track and Airline Track? Specifically on this item 337ST93 the WLL is unusually low at 400lbs, is the limit the track or anchors? If using items TWSPDSTD225 WLL 1,666 lbs, 337LR1 WLL 1,000 lbs or EM59132 Straight pull - 2,200 lbs, Side pull - 1,750 lbs what is the safe rating?

Expert Reply:
We have previously tested the Erickson and Tow-Rax O-Track Systems and found them to be compatible with each other. I went out to our warehouse to test the Erickson Anchor Ring # EM59132 on the Buyers Product Super Track # 337ST93 and found it to be compatible as well. This means the O-Track components from all three of the manufacturers you mentioned are indeed interchangeable and will work well each other.
The tie-down rings included with the Buyers Products Super Track Kit actually feature a 1,000 pound safe working load limit (WLL). The capacity of the tracks will simply be based on the attachments that are used in it. So when using the included anchors this particular kit has a 1,000 pound safe working load capacity. If you were to use the Erickson Anchor Ring # EM59132 instead, you would have a straight pull limit of 2,200 pounds and a side pull limit of 1,750 pounds.
