Im looking for the best available Class 3 Hitch to mount to frame of this travel trailer.

Our most universal hitch for fitting your Rockwood Mini Lite 2109S would be the Curt part # 13703 that you referenced. You'd need to measure the frame of your trailer, but as long as it measures between 22 and 72 inches outside to outside this will fit and work well.
