Replacement Axle Needed for a Boat Trailer with 86 Hub Face and 67-1/2 Spring Center Measurements
Updated 08/07/2018 | Published 08/06/2018 >
Question:
Spindle on one side is bad. Looking by at replacing the entire axle. Measurement from hub face to hub face is 86”. Spring center is 67 1/2. Old axle has the tapered spindles with 5 hole hubs. I also notice spring leafs are just underneath the axle and there’s no seat welded. Can you guys help out pick the right one?

I do have a solution for you but unfortunately we don't carry any axles that fit the specific dimensions that your current axles has.
Instead we have the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # A35RS545. This system comes with hubs that have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern (which should be what you have) and will not require you to use leaf springs anymore. These also include brake mounting flanges in case you would like to add brakes to your boat trailer at a later time.
I have attached an installation video of a Timbren system as well as a helpful article so that you can verify the bolt pattern that you are currently using matches.
