After installing the sumo springs is it recommended to get an alignment done?

The SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1125R referenced in your question are confirmed to fit your 2017 Subaru Outback Wagon. A wheel alignment is not needed as a result of installing this kit. The wedge-shaped springs will simply fit between the individual coils of your existing springs for additional support and cushion.

Doing a quick parts search I do see the rear coil springs on a 2WD 2024 Toyota Sienna are the same as on a AWD 2024 Toyota Sienna. So unless you have something else inside your coils you should not have any fitment issues with the Coil SumoSprings…
