Question:

First of all, Im wondering if I can buy a Yakima roof rack that will fit my Snug Top Rebel What specific parts would that be? Second, can a person with a relatively good grasp of tools and doing things themselves be able to install it correctly? Thank you,

Yes, in order to install a Yakima roof rack on your Snugtop Rebel camper shell I recommend using the Yakima # Y57CV. This kit comes with everything you need for installation. It has 54" long adjustable tracks and 60" long aero crossbars which will reduce both wind noise and drag. This is the same system that Snugtop recommends for the camper shell as they have since partnered with Yakima.

The installation process is very simple. The only slightly challenging process is drilling the holes for the track but so long as you have measured there should be absolutely no issues. The only other thing you would want is the lock cores for security which can be purchased using part # Y07204 but are not required.
