DeeZee Tailgate Assist Custom Tailgate-Lowering System # DZ43301 does have what they call a nut zerk fitting like what you show in your picture. If you just need to replace that part use # BKT43301. You have to be very careful not to over tighten this fitting otherwise it will get stripped out and you would need another one.
