DeeZee Tailgate Assist Custom Tailgate-Lowering System # DZ43301 does have what they call a nut zerk fitting like what you show in your picture. If you just need to replace that part use # BKT43301. You have to be very careful not to over tighten this fitting otherwise it will get stripped out and you would need another one.

For the DeeZee tailgate assist we have the replacement hardware kit part #BKT43301 that comes with the new bolt you are looking for plus a few other things that you could keep as replacement parts.

We offer a replacement hardware kit, part #BKT43301 that includes all the hardware, minus the gas shock. The nutsert that installs into the side of the tailgate that provides an attachment point for the shock isn't sold as a separate item.
