How to Get a Replacement Bolt for the DeeZee Tailgate Assist

Question:

The bolt that mounts in the tailgate for my DeeZee Tailgate Assist on my 2013 F-150 has become stretched and loose. Ive tried re-torquing several times only for it to become loose again. It was originally installed as per your video instructions. Does DeeZee offer a replacement bolt and installation hardware? Also required is the knuckle clip for the lower knuckle. Please advise if DeeZee sell this part as well. Looking forward to your reply.

For the DeeZee tailgate assist we have the replacement hardware kit part # BKT43301 that comes with the new bolt you are looking for plus a few other things that you could keep as replacement parts.
