If you can provide me with your full tire size ###/80-R16 then I would be happy to make sure the Classic Accessories Custom Fit Spare Tire Cover part # 052963751604 is a fit. However, if the overall diameter of the tire is indeed 30" then this cover will work well for you. It secures to the tire using an elastic hem so there is some adjustability to be had. It is white in color and has a three year warranty.

The ST235/80-R16 tire that you have is 30.8" diameter x 9.3" wide which means the Classic Accessories Custom Fit Spare Tire Cover part # 052963751604 would be a tight fit because it is rated for use from 30" - 30.6". The next size up is the Classic Accessories Custom Fit Spare Tire Cover part # 052963751703 which is rated for use from 31" - 31.9". You should have no problems using either cover at 3000 ft. elevation.
