Question:
I am mounting a winch on my car trailer and I’m wanting to wire the winch battery to the 7way connector to maintain battery charge. I also have a brakeaway battery that is wired to the 7 way connector. Am I able to maintain charge for both battery’s off the 12v accessory terminal with out damaging anything? Or do I need to wire something in between them to prevent damage?

You would be able to charge both the trailer battery as well as the breakaway battery through your 7-way connection to the tow vehicle. This is very standard practice with most people just running a line from each battery to the 12v accessory terminal in the junction box # 3375601101. A 7-way on a vehicle is typically rated for 40amps DC so you won't be getting much going to the batteries once everything is divided up to power any other accessories tied into the circuit so this would be better for just topping off the battery/maintaining charge while on the road.
Winches typically use quite a bit of power so you'll most likely quickly drain the battery and not be able to recharge it fast enough through the 7-way connection. You'd be better off using a charger like the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # RED96FR. This charger would pull power from the tow vehicle's battery (and alternator) to recharge the trailer battery. You'll need to pick up two fuses # RED76FR for your connections to each battery as well.
