Towing Mirror Recommendation for 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500HD

Question:

I have a 2011 Silverado 2500HD. I can manually pull the mirrors out to extend them further away from the truck. Will either the CIPA CM10900 or the Longview CTM 1600 work with mirrors that can be extended? I also see that the CIPA is available in driver or passenger side only. Is the Longview also available for either side individually?

For the telescoping mirrors that your 2011 Chevy Silverado has you won't be able to install towing mirrors that attach directly to them. What you'll want to do is use door mounted mirrors like the CIPA Universal Door Mirrors part # 11650-2 and you'd be set.
