Question:
I’m looking for a solution to carry two bicycles on the front of my InTech Pursue trailer. I prefee not to carry them at the back. Is there a hitch that attaches to the tongue? Thx.

We have a few options that might work for you to carry your bikes on the tongue of the trailer. Your InTech Pursue doesn't look like it has a lot of space on the tongue but if you can find room and the rails are between 12 and 52 inches apart you can use the Bike Bunk, part # CC-275. It connects to the trailer's A-frame tongue and then gives you a 2 inch receiver tube to insert a bike rack into.
I think the bike rack that is easier to use with the Bike Bunk is the Yakima RoadTrip RV Bike Rack - 4 Bikes # Y02477. This rack is very well made and designed to hold up to 4 bikes. The anti-sway cradles will keep the bikes from making contact with each other. If you have any step-thru bike frames you will need a frame adapter bar like # 64005 to hang the bikes level.
If the Bike Bunk isn't an option instead you can use the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount, part # D210. It replaces your current ball mount and adds a second raised receiver tube you can use to carry a bike rack. The RoadTrip is still a good option with the # D210. You just need to add a hitch ball with a 1 inch shank if you don't already have one:
1-7/8 inch ball, part # 19260
2 inch ball, part # 63845
2-5/16 inch ball, part # 63847
