Question:
I see a customer posted a review of this jack and said it failed to get the flat tire off the ground. We have a similar setup as this customer tandem axle with equalizer and leaf spring suspension. Are there particular measurements we can take to ensure this jack will work? Alternatively, if we buy this and it doesnt work to get the 2nd tire off the ground, whats the return policy? Thanks for your help!

The Andersen Rapid Jack # AM3620 is designed for use with the tandem axle trailers with leaf springs and equalizer suspension. You can see in the reviews all of the people it has worked well for with this setup. It is true not all systems are compatible, but the vast majority are. The Rapid Jack raises one wheel 6-7/8 inches, so you can do the measuring of raising one side of your axle to that height to see if it will raise the second tire off the ground.
Another option is the Blaylock EZ Jack and Wheel Chock for Tandem-Axle Trailers # EZ-JACK which is 6 inches tall and will allow you to invert the unit and drive up on it for additional height if needed.
I've linked our return policy for you as requested.
