The Andersen Rapid Jack # AM3620 is not designed to work with triple axle trailers. If you are looking to use it for leveling, then I recommend the Andersen Camper Wheel Chock and Leveler # AM3604 for your application. The similar # EZ-JACK is also not for use on triple axle trailers.
If you are looking to use for changing a tire there unfortunately isn't a drive on solution we can offer. You will need the Powerbuilt Unijack Bottle Jack with Built-In Jack Stand - 21" Lift - 6,000 lbs # ALL620471 or 4,000 lb 18-3/4 inch lift # ALL620470 for that application
