RV makers do not maintain details/specs on the smaller items like tail lights that they install when fabricating their RVs. The USA-made Peterson Rectangular Stop/Tail/Turn/Reflex Trailer Tail Light # V457L is for the driver-side of a trailer and it includes mounting tabs for your license plate. The matching passenger-side item is # V457; it does not have tabs for the plate.
Both lights also have four mounting holes on their white plastic bases. These can be seen if you click on the linked video. This also includes the mounting hole spacing. To mount the light you simply pop off the red lens to give you access to the mounting holes.
