Question:
I have a 24 foot travel trailer that has a unloaded weight of 4,500lbs and a GVWR of 7,500lbs. I am looking at the Fastway e2 Hitch and weight distribution system with the trunnion. What weight hitch should I get? I am thinking the 8,000 or 10,000 lb but wasnt sure. Any help would be great. The tow vehicle is a 2005 f-150 if that make a difference.

In order to select the correct Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control for your travel trailer you are going to need to find your total tongue weight (TTW). The total tongue weight (TTW) is composed of both the loaded ready to tow tongue weight of the trailer and any weight stored behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.
Based on this, I recommend part # FA92-00-1000 as long as your total tongue weight (TTW) is between 600 lbs - 1,000 lbs. Please keep in mind that the system does not come with a hitch ball so I recommend part # 63840. I have attached an install/review video on the above for you as well.
