If your 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero is the Sportcombi with dual exhaust, you will need the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class I # C11140. If you don't have the Sportcombi model then there is not currently a fit for your dual exhaust model. The # C11326 which is a fit for the sedan and convertible models is not a fit for SportCombi models or models with dual exhaust.
