Question:

When dropping the 5th at a camp site are there any 5th wheel slider hitches that can be unhooked from the truck with say more than 15 degrees left or right side, or do you have to be perfectly straight

Unhooking with a 15 degree pivot is not something that any 5th wheel hitch can handle that I am aware of. That degree of tilt would make most people nervous unhooking.

The Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package # C16530-16020 you asked from has a side to side tilting degree of 7-1/2 to 10 degrees max according to my contact at Curt Technical. This is the most angle of any of the hitches we carry, so it is most likely the best fit for your application. Most other hitches have a 6 degree maximum.
