For a 3" gooseneck hitch ball that is compatible with the OEM puck system on your 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty we have the Reese Pop-In Ball # RP19314 which has a 30K weight capacity. For the safety chain loops you can use part # RP58468.

Unfortunately the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 that you referenced does not come in a 3" gooseneck ball version, only the 2-5/16" for the OEM puck system in your F-350.

Joe, the WS Aero Hitch 6" Drop Hitch w/ 2" Shank #WS67MR is available with a 4" #WS54UR, 10" #WS42RR, and 8" #WS45RR drop length.
