I only need the safety chain holders from this do y ou carry just them or will you tell me who does. Thank you. Of course they do not need to be these exact ones, just the same but different brand :-

We do have just the safety chain loops for the Ford factory fifth wheel rail kits like you have. For that you'd want the part # RP58468 and you'd be set.

If you can send me a photo of the trailer jack I would be more than happy to help you find a replacement, but unless the jack is still under warranty we won't be able to swap it outright with what came on your trailer when you purchased it.
