Question:
We have a factory built and installed, welded 2inch receiver hitch specifically built for bike rakes on our Scamp travel trailer. Would this rack work for us.

There is a bike rack that you can carry on the rear of your Scamp travel trailer, but the Thule EasyFold XT 2 # TH903202 is not rated for use on trailers.
Each bike rack manufacturer has their own criteria for the use of their racks on trailers and motorhomes due to the fact that the ride at the rear of those vehicles is much harsher than on the rear of a passenger vehicle, so the rack needs to be able to handle how rough the ride is.
The best option for you is the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # KU84FR. This 2-bike rack will fit in your 2" hitch receiver and is rated for use behind a trailer. The Transfer V2 has a generous weight capacity of 60 lbs per bike and secures your bikes by the front wheels to eliminate frame contact. It also comes with a threaded hitch pin lock to secure the rack to your trailer and help protect your investments.
