BWHDRH25122 What is the width of the main cross bar between the mounting rials 36? If tabs are mounted pointing to the outside, what is the ballpark width of the mounting holes 38.5? Thanks!

The # BWHDRH25122 has 35-5/8 inches between mounting holes like what you see in the picture I attached. Since you need larger than than let me know what vehicle you have and I can see which would be best fit.
