Are these USA steel made is usa this is vip because i use holding up extremely heavy metal plates and I dont want to risk it falling off the tractor on to somebody

The Curt Pintle Hook with 2" Hitch Ball - Bolt On - 10,000 lbs/16,000 lbs # C48190 is not made in the USA but are made to US specs and requirements. Curt trailer hitch receivers are made in the USA, but not all of their products are domestically manufactured.
The only USA made pintle hook with ball we carry is the Convert-A-Ball Pintle Hook Combo with 3 Stainless Steel Balls - Bolt On - 25,000 lbs # PH1. The mounting holes are 3-3/8 inches apart horizontally center to center. Top to bottom they are 1-3/4 inches apart center to center.
