The mounting holes on the Curt SecureLatch Pintle Hook # CU97FR are spaced 1-3/4" apart vertically and 3-3/8" horizontally on center. I have an alternate solution with the information you requested as when I spoke to Curt they said this Pintle Hook is only designed to be used with a Curt Pintle Hook Mounting Plate # C48349.
If using a hitch plate I recommend the Buyers Products 8 Ton Combination Hitch with Mounting Kit # 33710055. This will include the 1/2" diameter mounting hardware to attach to your hitch plate. The hitch plate should be at least 1/2" thick. The bolt holes are spaced 1-3/4" apart vertically and 3-3/8" horizontally on center. A drilling template will come with the hitch as well to help drill the holes.
