Question:
How do you remove the old bump stops to replace with new ones? All of the videos Ive seen show something completely different than what is on my truck. It is a 2014 silverado 1500 4x4 wt package. Is there a bolt that goes all way through the bump stop to fasten it to the frame bracket? There does not seem to be a way to get a wrench in the bracket if there is a nut. Thank you for your time.

All of the Timbren and other rear-axle jounce-spring kits we have for your 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x4, shown on the linked page, feature a bolt-on installation. If you refer to the linked page for Timbren kit # TGMRCK15S you will see in the product image photos three diagrams showing different installation methods, including the one I linked for you, which shows a cup-type mount as found on 2007-2008 model years. Your truck should be a bolt on, however. A socket extension will be needed.
If you like you can send us a photo showing your bump stop mount.
