The differences between the three Double Waste Valves you mentioned comes down to the differences between hubs and spigots for their fittings. Hubs fit over spigots.
The part # T18 has a 3 inch hub and a 3 inch spigot.
The part # T18A has a 3 inch spigot and a 1-1/2 inch hub
The part # T18C has a 3 inch hub and a 1-1/2 inch spigot.
