Sanitary wye connects to black-water and gray-water waste valves to combine them into one pipe. 3" Flange connects to black-water valve. 2" Hub slides onto gray-water waste pipe. Hose connects to 3" lug fitting.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Valterra RV reducing Y connector. This unit allows you to run your black water and grey water tank piping to one outlet. It's constructed of durable plastic construction that's black in color. It's going to feature a stationary phlange here on the three inch pipe. This is going to allow you to attach it to a three inch waste valve. The mount holes on that unit are on that end are separated on center by 3 and 3/4 of an inch and it is a square design, so that's going to be the same separation between each mount hole. This right here's going to be your two inch hub. That's for your grey water tank.
That's going to have an inner diameter of 2 and 3/8 of an inch so your piping will fit in to the hub and then this end right here is going to be your standard three inch bayonet hub. It's going to give us an external diameter of 3 and 1/2 inches. Internal diameter is right on three inches and that does feature your four pin design. That's for attaching a bayonet fitting or a bayonet style cap with a two hook or four hook design. Take a look real at the measurement we have from the back of the phlange to the end of the bayonet hub. It's going to measure about 5 and 1/8 of inch.
I also want to mention that right here there's going to be a little pin. This is an attachment point for attaching a tether that would be connected to an end cap. That's going to make sure that you don't misplace or accidentally lose your cap. That's going to do it for today's look at the Valterra RV reducing Y connector.
