Valterra sanitation tee in use

This RV sanitation tee with double rotating valves is a part of your motor home's waste management system. The T-configuration combines the flow of wastewater from your gray-water tank and your black-water tank. And the valves can be rotated as desired during setup to make it easier to reach them. Connect your sewer hose to the 3" lug fitting on the sanitation tee and open the valves to drain your holding tanks.

Excellent quality, fit great works perf ect.

I am extremely pleased with the waste value i ordered from etrailer. It arrived on scheduled delivery date. For some reason UPS transferred the package to my local USPS instead of delivering it themselves, so I did have to pick it up since it was to large for our mailbox.

by:

Part was correct and good quality. It took 15 days to get part from the day I ordered it. It was over a week before it was shipped. That delay was longer than anyone else I deal with. If there was a problem I should have been notified.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

by:

This thing still works great after a year of use. It was easy to install and the slides are still smooth and easy to use. Thanks for a great, reasonably priced product.

by:

have not had a chance to install yet. however looks good as a replacement.

by:

This is a fantastic valve. It fit perfect. no modifications.

by:

Product was as advertised and an exact replacement

by:

The dual valve is exactly what I needed. It is identical to the OEM valve that came with my RV. I am very pleased with the overall quality and the speed with which the part was shipped to me!

by:

by:

Good product and good pricing. Staff was responsive and respecful. I will be using ETrailer again. Product is made well.

by:

Exactly as described and pictured. Quick shipping was GREAT !!
Thank you.

My previous valve assembly was damaged when the temperature at Elk camp dropped below 20 degrees. This new valve bolted right on and stopped the dripping that was happening. The best part is that it survived the 2020 Elk camp!

by:

Heavy duty valves, it is a Valterra product. I’ve installed every kind of waste valves made and now we use Valterra exclusively.

by:

Had a blowout that wiped out the grey/black dump valves, along with a lot of other damage. This is a simple direct replacement for the 10 year old OEM installed valves. Saved lots of time & money. The rep at e/trailer (angela k.) was awesome to work with.

by:

The product was great. Even though I don't know about plumbing the description and video tell you the measurements. But I didn't realize the 3" pvc pipe for fit directly into it. And I needed a 2" coupler for the 1 1/2 side. But once I figured that out it was quick repair for my vintage trailer.

by:

This was shipped very quickly, and the price was great. Comes with both the large and small "input side" flanges, which I didn't actually need because it was a replacement for an existing valve set, but then you get all the new screws and gaskets too. Simple to replace my existing valves, where were cracked and leaking from road abuse.

Thanks etrailer!

by:

Not quite what I was expecting based on the photos (1-1/2" inlet attached to 3" drain fitting slightly different than the old part) but it bolted up just fine, and as an added bonus the black tank 3" valve does not appear to leak like my old one did right from the factory.

by:

Did a replacement of my grey and black water stopper valves. The seal of the black tank started leaking. So I purchased the new one came fairly quick. It was easy to replace doing all the work myself. Only taking up one afternoon of my time. I’m liking the ease of operation. I’m very happy with it’s turn out. Thanks

by:

Product works as intended, easy installation. If you are mounting on an older camper, beware that the manufacturer used steel bolts that rust. you don't want to snap off the plastic valve flange when installing. Other than that, product works beautifully.

Excellent. I would agree with George Jthe original bolts can be a problem if they are rusted mostly likely they aresome may need to be hacksawed off, so be careful. If you can get the old off cleanly, its a perfect fit as far as assembly and installation.

by:

It's the right part, at the best price. Great service. Now I just have to install it. Thank you,

by:

You guys did a wonderful job !!
From
your easy website to the outstanding young lady I talked with about my order. WOW !!!! the order was exactly perfect and in the time frame it was promised.. great job!!
Thanks

My 2013 27/20 Trailmanor camper had separate discharges for gray water and sewage and I bought this to combine both discharges. It works fine as it has in previous TrailManor models prior to them going to separate discharges.

No problems at all, valve works very well

by:

The previous owner did some very odd plumbing. I don't think they ever heard the saying that 'stuff only runs downhill'. For some unknown reason they put a 45 deg angle on the exit pipes which turned the waste valves pointing up. This new waste valve and some new junction pieces was just the ticket to get my rig back and draining properly. Valve was easy to position and install.

by:

I wanted to get rid of a leaking black tank valve and get rid of two cables that operate the gray and black valves. All the black pvc and this valve was the perfect solution. I was able to decide the perfect position for every thing. I am not a plumber, just a diy guy. I will be posting on the Grand Design 23lde facebook page more details.

  • Replacement Waste Valve for 1990 Gulf Stream
Hi Steph; all of the dimensions are the same on the T18 parts. The difference between them is the connection. The # T18 has a 3" hub that slides over your black water line and a 1-1/2" hub that slides over the gray water line. The A, B, and C have a mix of hubs and spigots. If you compare the # T18 to the # T18C in the picture below you can see the difference in the connections. The spigot slides into the lines instead of over. If your existing waste valve slides over both lines then the...

  • Overall Dimensions and Extended Handle Length for Double RV Waste Valve T18
Hi Melanie, Absolutely! I have a diagram showing the overall dimensions of the Double RV Waste Valves with Sanitation Tee, part # T18, including the measurements with both valve handles fully extended. I’ve included that diagram below so you can compare the measurements directly with the space you have available. If you’re working in a pretty tight spot, what’s the maximum amount of room you have around your existing waste valve setup?

  • Choosing the Correct Replacement 3" and 1-1/2" Waste Valves for a 2000 Forest River Sierra
Hey Tom! The Double RV Waste Valves # T18 will fit as long as your current waste valves have the hub connections. The difference between a hub connection and a spigot connection is that the hub is larger and accepts the spigot end. If your current waste valves have spigot ends then you need the kit # T18B instead. Feel free to send me some photos of what you have if you aren't 100% sure.

  • Differences Between The Valterra Double Waste Valve # T18, # T18A, And # T18C
Hey Dirk, I'd love to explain the difference, a spigot is essentially just the male fitting and hub is the female fitting. The spigot will slide into a hub fitting and can be glued in place with some abs cement # A05-0303. The # T18 has a 3" Hub and 1-1/2" Hub The # T18A has a 3" Spigot and 1-1/2" Hub The # T18C has a 3" Hub and 1-1/2" Spigot Each of these have a 90 degree angle for the gray tank connection to black tank connection so it's important to make sure this design lines...

  • Replacement Double Waste Valve For A 2006 Four Winds Class C Motorhome
The Double RV Waste Valves # T18A has a 1-1/2" spigot so you'd have to also pick up a coupling # 344633001 in order to attach it to the existing pipe. Instead I recommend the Double RV Waste Valves # T18, which comes with hub fittings so you can easily slide the existing pipes into the hubs and won't need another adapter fitting. With how your setup looks you'll most likely need to cut the 3" pipe back just a bit to fit a new double waste valve in place correctly but you'll want to be...

  • Recommended Black Water Drains Transitioning To 4 Inch PVC Pipe
To connect your RV to a 4 inch PVC pipe, I recommend the EZ Coupler 4-in-1 Threaded RV Sewer Adapter with 90-Degree Elbow Fitting - Clear # F02-3112CL. This adapter will transition from the standard 3 inch RV black water connections to the threaded 4 inch PVC. • Differences Between Valterra Double RV Waste Valves T18, T18A, and T18C
The differences between the three Double Waste Valves you mentioned comes down to the differences between hubs and spigots for their fittings. Hubs fit over spigots. The part # T18 has a 3 inch hub and a 3 inch spigot. The part # T18A has a 3 inch spigot and a 1-1/2 inch hub The part # T18C has a 3 inch hub and a 1-1/2 inch spigot.
