I have just the product line for you. Take a look at Quick Fist Long Arm Clamps # QF40010. These durable rubber straps will hold items from 0.5" to 4.5" in diameter.
We also have items designed for holding paddles such as paddle holder # MPG121 with a maximum 4 inch diameter.
We also have the Rhino-Rack accessory holder # RRRMPHU.
The SkiClick # TH7291 is not a good option for you because of the way the straps have to attached to the base and how that base is supposed to mount. While there isn't a diameter available it was meant to hold a pair of cross country skis.
