I may have an option for you, however we do not currently have a standard 2,200 pound axle available that features a 93 inch hub-face-to-hub-face length.
I recommend taking a look at a Timbren Axle-Less Suspension System, such as the 2,200 Pound # ASR1THDS03. This system will provide a smooth, quiet, safe ride and can eliminate the need for a thru axle. They will fit any frame width and this particular kit features a 4 inch lift to provide greater ground clearance on your trailer.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this system so you can see exactly how they install and operate.
If you have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern on your wheels, you can use etrailer.com Idler Hub # AKIHUB-545-35-K or the Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K if you have brakes on your trailer.
