Fleetwood Neon Curious what is needed to convert my offroad trailer to your system, it already has an SOA conversion with hubs that fit jeep rims.

To convert your offroad trailer to the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle w/ Brake Flange - 5,200 lbs # TASR5200S03 you will either use a crossbrace for your trailer frame at the axle location or you will add a 2 inch square tube between the assemblies (not included) into the integrated holes of the assemblies. This will give you much more ground clearance than a standard axle and will also include the suspension needed.
Unfortunately that 5,200 lb Timbren system will not work with Jeep rims based on the spindle size, so you would either need a lesser capacity axle to get your Jeep bolt pattern like the Timbren axle less kit part # ASR2KHDS03 and the hub part # 84550BX. This is my recommendation as it will still surpass the GVWR of your Fleetwood Neon and will allow you to get the look you desire.
Your other option is to keep the higher rated axle and change the wheels. In that instance you can use the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 5,200-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-213-5UC1-EZ and then get wheels that fit that bolt pattern to move your knobby tires to. I've linked the page to your options to assist. If the size won't fit, I've linked combo options as well. If you go this route you will loose some the desired look but it will ride better on the road.

its seven hundred fifty buckaroons per unit adding up to approximately three thousand bucks plus... to do a tandem axel setup - am I correct? The over and above three thousand bucks are added up in the cost of disc brakes, miscellaneous hardware, dilevery costs, and taxes as such to get pretty much everything to do the project dilevered to my shop?
