Question:
I purchased BW Patriot 5th wheel slider hitch last fall BWRVK3270 did not use as late in the season- I found out that the rail pins that came with it are too short for my Reese 5th wheel rail adapter RP30154- adapter for Ram 2500 factory puck system. I had been using it with a BandW lil Rocker - pins are long enough - I want new pins that will work - I have looked on your web page I believe I have it narrowed down to Curt C16902 working length of 3.56, the RB58467 long pin, and reese # 6014 I want to be sure. I really do not want to pay a lot for the RB58467 long pin if I dont have to. The adapter and the BW slider were purchased from you. Your help will be appreciated.

This is a situation where you would go by the dimensions of the pins compared to what is required for your hitch and the adapter # RP30154. Pin set # 6014 have a useable length of 3-1/4 inches. Replacement Rail Pins and Clips # C16902 are a great option since they are 3-1/2 inches long and the same 1/2 inch diameter as the other options.
The Reese pins # RP58467 are the longest at 4-1/4 inches so it is up to you which route you want to take. In my opinion the longer the pin the easier it is to get the clip on.
