Now this is designed to fit your Demco Recon Gooseneck to 5th wheel hitch adapter base. As you can see there on your screen, identified by that item number that you see there. And I've included a little diagram there showing you where this is going to go. So obviously this is going to replace that bed handle pin and clip for that Recon Gooseneck to 5th wheel hitch adapter base.
This secures the coupler into the base platform. And let me just, to give you the further confirmation that this is going to work for you, looking at what I'm calling that usable length, we're sitting right at about four and a half inches, I'm sorry, four inches long rather. And the diameter of this pin is gonna be half an inch. Now this is the direct replacement from Demco. So what that means for you is you can trust that this is gonna work just like that original one.
Maybe that original one somehow got misplaced or damaged. So you're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues, or anything like that.
