Is the 90 Degree Elbow a Separate Piece from the Rest of EZ Coupler RV Sewer Hose Kit # D04-0115

Question:
The 4-in-1 adapter is designed to fit 4 sizes of dump station inlets. It fits 3inch slip inlets, as well as 3, 3-1/2, and 4inch threaded pipes. Is this adapter all one piece or is the 90* separate from the threaded adapter?

The 90 degree portion of the EZ Coupler RV Sewer Hose Kit # D04-0115 is a separate piece but the part that fits in the dump station inlet is attached to it. I included a picture showing this close up.
