What is the Correct Trailer Wiring for 2007 Ford E-350 Van?

Question:
I want to know if part number 118243 will install on my 2007 Ford E-350 super duty? It did not come with the 4-flat connector but it does have the trailer connectors on the rear of vehicle.

There is a solution for you but Replacement Harness # 118243 is not a fit for your 2007 Ford E-350. If you have the factory tow package connections you will want the Reese Multi-Plug Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # 74682. This harness will give your van a 7-way RV-style and a 4-pole flat connector and plugs into the factory 7-way socket on your E-350.
I've added a link to a video review of this part for you to take a look at.
