There are a few different options available for transporting 4 bikes with your pop up camper, depending on how your camper is constructed.
First, if your camper features a steel, 4 inch x 4 inch square bumper, you can use a bumper mount hitch like the Ultra-Fab # UF35-946402 to provide a 2 inch receiver for an RV approved, hitch-mounted bike rack. You can use # 337RVA24 if you instead have a 4-1/2 inch x 4 inch bumper on the camper.
From there, I recommend taking a look at the Yakima LongHaul 4 Bike Rack # Y02476 to secure your 4 bikes. This carrier will slide right into the above mentioned 2 inch receiver and it can handle 4 bikes of up to 37-1/2 pounds each. It is approved for use behind an RV or trailer, meaning it is built to handle the extra bounce and movement that this application provides.
Another bumper mount option that would eliminate the need for a hitch receiver is the Swagman 4 Bike Carrier # S80600. This unique, platform-style rack just needs a continuous welded steel square bumper that's 4 inches to 4-1/2 inches wide on the camper. It can support 4 bikes of up to 30 pounds each and features a solid steel construction.
If attaching a hitch or bike rack to the bumper is not an option, you can also transport your bikes on the roof of your camper using the Swagman Roamer LT Roof Rack # S80510. This roof rack system is specifically designed for pop-up campers and will provide two square crossbars that will work with most roof-mounted accessories like bike racks and kayak carriers. You can pair this system with the Swagman Race Ready Roof Bike Rack # S64705 (you will need 4) to load up and secure the bikes.
I have attached video demonstrations on the products mentioned that you can also check out, along with their written installation manuals for you to look through.
