Question:
It is recommended to tow mobility scooter, ramp and hitch or should I trade for suv

Expert Reply:
For smaller vehicles like a 2014 Toyota Corolla you'd only be able to move a mobility scooter with a small trailer since the hitches for the vehicle are rated too low to carry them on a carrier. For a hitch you'd want the Draw Tite part # 24913 which is a confirmed and would work well. For trailer wiring you'd then want the Tekonsha kit part # 118405, for a ball mount part # 3593 and for hitch balls part # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
Only an SUV or truck would have capacity for a mobility scooter carrier that is hitch mounted.
