Determining Pin Box Model on 2007 Keystone Raptor for Reese 5th Airborne Replacement
Updated 03/27/2018 | Published 03/25/2018 >
Question:
I would like to purchase a fifth airborne premium side winder king pin. I have a 2007 Keystone Raptor with a Lippert pin box. The numbers I found on the sticker are 574-971-4100 and LCI 190613733. The tow vehicle is a 2007 Dodge Ram 3550 mega cab. Do you have a king pin that will fit this application? Thank you.

I spoke with my contact at Lippert regarding the pin box on your 2007 Keystone Raptor and he was unable to pull up any information using the numbers you provided. I recommend checking again to see if you can find any other numbers around the pin box. The information might be stamped into the pin box itself and not on the sticker that you found.
If you cannot locate any other information, you can also take a few measurements of the pin box in order to determine the model that you have. I have attached a great article that walks you through this very process. Otherwise, you can try to contact the trailer manufacturer with your VIN and they should be able to provide you with the pin box model number.
As you seem to already know, the Reese 5th Airborne King Pins w/ Sidewinder are designed to replace the existing pin box on the trailer. The pin box number on your trailer is needed to ensure you select the correct replacement. For example, the Reese 5th Airborne # RP61422 is designed for the Lippert 0719, 1621, and 1621HD pin boxes.
I have attached a link that will take you to our available selection of Reese 5th Airborne King Pins with Sidewinders that you can look through once you are able to determine what pin box you have on the trailer.
